This service is operated by Synapse Solutions LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Scoutly ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Scoutly is a B2B lead intelligence platform that allows users to discover local businesses via Google Maps, audit their website technology stack, score their upsell potential, and generate outreach materials. The Service is intended solely for lawful business prospecting and marketing purposes.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of outreach data (voicemails, emails, SMS) complies with all applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state telemarketing regulations.
Automatic renewal. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly subscription that automatically renews at the then-current price until you cancel. Before you subscribe, the renewal frequency, price, and cancellation method are disclosed and you must affirmatively agree to the auto-renewal terms. We will send any legally-required renewal and price-change notices in advance.
Click to cancel. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, directly from your account billing settings — no phone call or email required. Because you enrolled online, you can also cancel online at will.
Refunds.Except where required by law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, but you retain access through the end of the paid period after cancellation. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Credits are consumed per lead scraped and do not roll over between billing cycles unless otherwise specified.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Synapse Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input or upload. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA SCRAPED WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNAPSE SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration provision below, the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and the Company waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@scout-ly.app within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
